TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASING LESSONS FROM CATHERINE COX (CATH) OR THIRD PARTY CLINIC (CLINICIAN), STABLE BOARDING AND SPECTATOR TICKETS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. All Clinic, riding lessons, riding, stable boarding and spectator tickets are non-refundable.
2. All ticket holders need to sign a waiver (indemnity form). Failure to do so forfeits the ticket and the services will not be available to the original purchaser.
3. In the event that the original ticket holder can not attend/utilise services, tickets can be transferrable at the discretion of Winterwood, or can be resold with the original purchase receiving credit for another clinic/session/service.
4. Transferable tickets can only be utilised for the clinic/session times/boarding dates/spectator dates that they were originally purchased for.
5. 48 hours notice needs to be given on all transferable tickets in addition to the new ticket holder completing relevant forms and documentation relating to the conditions of the ticket. (Indemnity form/waiver)
6. In the event that the ticket can not be transferred or resold, the original ticket holder forfeits their booking and any costs associated with it.
7. The Services from the clinician may be provided by at a place and at a time arranged by Cath, the clinician and the participant.
8. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the original ticket holder acknowledges that equestrian activities are dangerous and can cause personal injury, including death and can cause damage to property, even to spectators.
9. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that when they participate in services provided, that they do so at their own risk and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, Cath nor the clinician, will not be Liable to me for any loss, cost, damage or expense (Loss) caused directly or indirectly by either Cath, parties associated with Winterwood, or horses, whether such loss arises from the Negligence of Cath, the clinician, or aforementioned parties or otherwise.
10. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the ticket holder acknowledges that they must agree to, and sign, the terms of the Participant release indemnity forms associated with their purchase.

11. All people under the age of 18 years old need a parent or guardian to sign all relevant documentation on their behalf.
