1) This is an online Silent Auction held by Winterwood Investments P/L ABN: 93002859083 trading as Winterwood Sport Horses. (Winterwood).

2) Bidders must register to make a bid through the Silent Auction page.

3) Online bidding opens at 9 am ESDT Monday 11th March and closes at 9 am ESDT Monday 25th March 2024.
​
4) All sale horses will be presented at the Open Day on the 24th March.
​
5) Bids are silent (not published).
​
6) The successful bidder will be notified by COB Monday 25th March to make arrangements for payment and delivery and or agistment before delivery.
​
7) Registered bidders should make all necessary enquiries, inspections, and assessments including vet checks for any lots of interest. Access to view any lots prior to the open day can be arranged by ringing Cath Cox on 0428 101 105.

8) Winterwood reserves the right to accept or refuse any bid for any lot in the sale. The highest bid may not be the overall successful bid.
​
9) The bid price is exclusive of GST. GST will be added to the final price and a tax invoice will be issued.
